Welcome to Treehouse Yoga!! Treehouse Yoga is a specialist children's yoga school teaching after school, weekend classes and home classes. Treehouse Yoga classes are fun, playful, safe, creative, active and just for kids.


Classes are specifically designed to encourage children to develop and explore the body and mind using imagination, story telling, animated postures and relaxation activities. We integrate yoga poses, lively stories, music, games, other arts and laughter at Treehouse Yoga.


Classes are age specific and non competitive and have been purposefully designed to suit your child’s special needs. Classes are run for 3-5/6 year olds, 6-9 year olds and 8-12 year olds.


Children love the games we play at Treehouse Yoga and the guided relaxation that we finish classes with, sometimes taking a magic carpet ride, a canoe trip down a gentle stream or a slide over the colours of a rainbow. Older kids will love the flow of structured yoga classes and more challenging postures designed to develop strength, flexibility and coordination.


At Treehouse Yoga classes we nourish the imagination with classes woven around yoga stories and child play. Some weeks we might take a journey into an enchanted forest or explore the beauty of the ocean and play at being a dolphin or a seal. Other weeks we travel to the mystical far east or take a trip to the circus and practice being a roaring lion and a rhythmic baton twirler.


With regular practice children develop vitality and athleticism, balance, coordination, enhanced memory, smoother breathing, relaxation and improved confidence. Treehouse Yoga classes harmonise yoga stories with education and lots of fun.


Each class combines yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation practice.
